We released this tonight (about 2 minutes ago)! I'll get some documentation up and an email out early next week. For the adventurous, head to your dashboard, then under Products and Templates choose the new Manage Add-ons menu item. Have fun!

And if you add one manually during checkout, you have the option to save it right there. You'll get an email reminding you to go in and give it a category and add your costs in when you're not in front of your client.

Here's the admin area where you add and manage your Add-Ons.

Chris Scott, Co-Founder: I like it. Hey you guys really need to do a booth at Shutterfest18 in St. Louis next year. I think you could get a lot of converts with these updates and whatever else is on your long term game plan. Keep up the good work. I'll be excited to see it functioning.

Figured I'd leave a comment here to show our progress. What you're looking at here is the Add an Add-On page during the IPS checkout flow. That dropdown is pulling from my saved Add-Ons (these are in a new section called "Manage Add-Ons"). You'll also be able to add new Add-Ons on the fly. So as you're going through a sales meeting, you can choose to save an add-on you're offering, then you'll go back in later and add in your cost and category. It's pretty sexy, thb. :)

Chris Scott, Co-Founder: This is perfect. I have talked to a lot of people who really want an IPS solution thats web based and is not just Wall-Art only. This will go a long way to making it happen. You guys rock.

This will work great for those doing Create you own collection pricing models. Can a specific image be referenced for each add on? Say I order 3 mounted 4x6 prints is there a way to select the images from the YES list? Even if its not graphical it just needs to be listed with the add-on in the invoice. (just helping to make things better)

Brian Derenski: There's no automated way to do this with this update. You can associate the filename with the add-on in the notes for that product, though.

Like unmounted prints and albums (even just a product without album building) and digital files (even if they can't download them from Swift Galleries) Make it a complete IPS system.

Brian Derenski: Yep, love this!
