Show photo filename on Gallery Details and Product Details pages
Russell G
I'd love to see the filename of an image used in a product when looking at the Gallery Details or Product Details page. I know I can click on the product, bring up cropping, and see the filename there, but it'd be awesome to see the filenames included with the info about Type, Size, etc. Thanks!

Hi Russell G, just thought of this question - what are you using this info for? Is it because you're not going through the checkout during a sales meeting, and if that's the case, is there a reason you're not using the checkout (something missing there)? Thanks!!

Adrienne Issi Scott: Hey! You're right, I haven't used the checkout in Swift Galleries ... that might explain why I want to see filenames, but I'm not sure.
I've wanted to see filenames during a meeting when client referenced different image choices ... "what if we switch it for that other one where we said 'maybe'?" or even "what if we switch to image 12?" I did have one client last month write down image numbers herself during the meeting; that's just how she kept track of she wanted, even though I was selecting yes'es and no's. I'd probably do the same thing too, haha, so I understood. Then, I also wanted to see filenames after an IPS session to reference images to pull and work on ... like to re-crop and make extra space for a canvas wrap image.
I prefer to use my studio mgmt system for checkout for three reasons: I like its layout & features, my product and sales data is in one place for analytics and taxes, and the cc processing rate is marginally better. The compromise is that I have to double-enter products while in a meeting. :/
Hope this helps ... Let me know if you have more questions!
